Jalaal Madyun is an executive coach and leadership strategist dedicated to helping leaders master the mindsets and behaviors that fuel meaningful relationships, and in turn drive exceptional performance.
He believes that leadership effectiveness is inseparable from the quality of a leader’s connections with their teams, peers, clients, and stakeholders.
Over the past 15 years, Jalaal has designed enterprise leadership models, advised leaders from first-time managers to executives, built development strategies for thousands of leaders, and launched high-impact coaching programs across professional services, finance, and health care.
